TVS Launching New Electric 2-Wheeler by March 2025!
Exciting news from TVS Motor! The company is set to launch a new electric 2-wheeler by March 2025, marking its third electric model after the iQube and the X e-scooter. KN Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS, hinted at more electric product launches in the pipeline for this financial year, though specifics about this upcoming model remain under wraps.
Currently, the TVS iQube is a strong contender in the electric scooter market, competing with offerings from Bajaj, Ola Electric, and Ather Energy. With five variants and three battery options (2.2 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 5.1 kWh), the iQube starts at Rs 94,999 (ex-showroom).
The TVS X, launched last August, comes with a 4.44 kWh battery that delivers a range of 140 km and features a powerful 9.38 BHP electric motor. However, deliveries for the X are still pending.
