Avoid rumours and tips coming in messages these are fake and avoid peoples talks and advice if some one buys any stock and tells you to buy that. Buy then when you know about companies performance if it is good invest it otherwise just ignore.

TIP 4 READ ANNUAL REPORTS AND ANALYSE QUARTER RESULTS
It help you to know about the comapanies performance and there objectives.

TIP 5 UNDERSTAND BUSINESS MODEL AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
Company with good distribution network is highly liked by everyone example AMAZON delivered same and next day so if AMAZON ISSUE IPO in indian stock market it will be higly subscribed as everyone knows that companies performance is good.
So understand the business model of the company before investing in it.
